Letter to Residents re: 44 Worsley Road.


Dear Resident,

TCP/30990, P/00486/12 land at and rear of 44 Worsley Road Cowes Isle Of Wight PO31. Demolition of dwelling and stables; residential development comprising 33 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping.

I am writing to advise you of the above application which is proposed for the above site.

I have for information purposes copied the layout of the plans overleaf and advise the full application is available on the Isle of Wight Council’s website, iwight.com, or can be viewed at the Planning Offices at Seaclose.

If you wish to make representations to this application, these can be made again via the Isle of Wight Councils website, or alternatively in writing to Isle of Wight Planning Services, Seaclose Offices, Fairlee Road, NEWPORT, Isle of Wight, PO30 2QS by Friday 18th May 2012.

Gurnard Parish Council are due to make their representations to this Planning Application on Tuesday 15th May at Gurnard School, Baring Road.
